Award-winning Pinjarra Bakery recently held an open day festival to celebrate its expansion to bigger new premises.  Murray Cowper MLA attended the gathering.

“Local businesses such as the Pinjarra Bakery are an important part of the Peel region, in that they provide employment and generate further business opportunities for other local innovative entrepreneurs,” he said.

“Having started with no experience in the baking trade, Larry and Narda Pantaleo have demonstrated what can be achieved with persistence, hard-work and the willingness to tackle new things.”

“The opening of the new premises also signifies the expansion of the Pinjarra region in the construction and mining industries, and the importance of small business in supporting that growth cannot be over-emphasised.”
